These are required to operate Verivoo and cannot be switched off:

• Session, keeps you signed in securely; expires after 24 hours or when you sign out.
• Security, supports two-factor authentication and protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
• Consent, stores the cookie choice you make here, so we do not ask again on every visit.

2. Functional cookies

Optional. They remember workspace preferences so the application feels consistent between visits:

• Interface language (English / Deutsch)
• Light or dark theme
• Saved table views and filters in the certificate registry

3. Analytics cookies

Optional. With your consent we collect anonymised usage statistics, which pages are visited and which features are used, to improve Verivoo. No certificate contents, supplier data or document text is ever included in analytics, and we do not use advertising trackers.

5. Cookies on the supplier portal

The public upload portal that suppliers reach through reminder links uses only necessary cookies, no analytics or functional cookies are set for suppliers.
